Why do I have to pay shipping cost?
At Apples & Bananas, we believe in fair and transparent pricing. We cover half of the cost, and you pay the other half.
For orders above €100, we cover the
entire €3.95 shipment rate.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
For shipping within the Netherlands, please allow us a maximum of 2 workdays to process and ship your order.
If you are placing an order from within Europe, it may take approximately 5-7 days for your package to arrive.
We strive to ensure timely delivery and appreciate your patience.
Can I order gift packaging?
At Apples & Bananas, we believe that every order should be a celebration.
That's why we have created incredible and visually appealing packaging to make the unboxing experience truly special.

Shipments
How can I track my order?
When you have placed your order we process it the next day.
When we have made your shipment label we will share by email your
track and trace code.
Returns
How do I return my order?
We don’t think you would want to return your order but should that be the case. You can return your order in original packaging with the original labels attached to the address below:

How much time do I have to return my order?
We give a reasonable holiday time of 14 days to return your order.

Why do I have to pay the returning fee?
We do everything within our power to get you a good deal also we go our ways to provide you with all the information and visuals you need to make a well decision.
Wouldn’t be fair to let us pay that,
right?
How much time does it take for me to get my money back?
We don’t ask for the same holiday time we give you but please give us 3/4 days to process your return.

Garments
How do I take well care of my garments?
Please be aware of that your garments in general are made of natural fibres.
For that reason please don’t use any other method than ‘hand-wash’ ‘machine hand-wash function’ 30 degrees’.
My garments seem to peel a little, why?
As your garments are made of natural fibres we can not stop pilling but we have made our precautions to minimize the pilling and protect the garments.
For garments not to peel we should have used chemicals or chemical fibres and that is not what we want for our babies
